It’s an opportunity to win $10000 by catching Toby the tagged wild trout, or lots of other prizes in the great fishing competition at Brumbys Creek.
Be part of the action at the Tasmanian Schools Trout Fishing Championships on the 26th September at Brumbys Creek, sponsored by Foot & Playsted. Come along and watch competitors from a number of schools vie to take the title of the best trout fishing school in the state.
Update: Tasmanian Trout Expo has received a fishing licence free weekend for the Saturday and Sunday fishing competitions courteous of Inland Fisheries. No Fishing licence is required if entered in the fishing competition and fishing between number 2 and number 3 Weirs on Brumby's Creek.

Fishing competition:
Adults: $10 per day or $15 for the weekend
Students: $5 per day or $8 for the weekend

General admission: Gold coin donation.
